Terms of Service and Key Conditions for Business Clients

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting the services of RB Sales Tech LTD ('the Company'), you ('the Client') agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all business clients.

2. Service Contracting and Fees

Services are provided based on the agreed plan. Fees are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the selected plan. All payments are due in advance.

Cancellation by the Client

The Client may request cancellation of their service plan at any time. However, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To initiate cancellation, the Client must notify a Company director in writing.

No proportional refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. The following conditions are non-negotiable:

  • No Proportional Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

  • Access to Services: The Client will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid billing cycle.

  • Automatic Renewal: Plans are automatically renewed unless a cancellation request is submitted before the start of the next billing cycle.

Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to terminate services with immediate effect under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay invoices within 15 days from the due date.

  • Ethical Violation: Breach of our code of ethics, including involvement in illegal activities, fraud, or ideological falsehood.

  • Lack of Cooperation: Failure to provide necessary information or documentation for service delivery.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, and client information.

The Company will not disclose any confidential information without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services in the previous billing cycle. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
